A new spin-off to Superhot has just been announced, Superhot JP, set in Japan.

"The iconic red guy is coming to Japan!
With the innovative time-moves-only-when-you-move fps game play, SuperHot JP (not the real title) is a new game set in the SUPERHOT universe. While maintaining the same intoxicating rhythm of slow motion combat, this new SUPERHOT presents a brand new adventure with a distinctive Japanese flavor."

Superhot JP (not it's final name) will feature around 15 - 18 new levels as well as 3 - 4 endless levels and a few new themed weapons such as a bow and arrow. There will also be new features including see-through shoji screens and more...

The game is being developed in Tokyo by GameTomo with guidance from the original Superhot developers. There is also no release date set just yet, but it will be coming to PC and PS4 international at some point after the Japan release.
